Project Description: Asset Management

This building was purchased for income potential and location. The H shaped building offers an optimal glass line and efficient tenant layout, however the building suffered from deferred maintenance. We modernized the building’s four elevators, upgraded common areas and installed restrooms. We focused leasing efforts on new ground floor retail users, and maintaining occupancy while increasing rental rates.
